Food- For health,not the soul

Who dosen’t love food? 🤔can’t think of no one,we need food to survive,to be healthy. However, certain foods that we eat,are not healthy. Greasy food,under or over cooked food is out. Here at Gods chosen Haircare,we have expanded into food care because microbiome is very important. Your gut health is very very VERY IMPORTANT. Sorry I got alittle passionate there,didn’t mean to start yelling.🤣🤦🏾‍♀️

A lot of people are not aware of why they poop,breathe and body have a certain smell. It’s because,of your gut. No body wash,toothpaste and gum is not gon help,or for the bathroom toilet spray,come on now people can tell when you used toilet spray ok. Boo! You are fooling noone k.

But listen we gon get deep into gut care and body care in much depth. If your interested in getting healthy gut,and having better health for your hair and body. Continue staying close to this blog,and also talk with a nutritionist doctor. However intill then,drink Keifer milk, mix it in a smoothie,with frozen fruits,in a blender. Drink probiotics drinks,kombucha,hum from target. Or the very popular poppi,but be careful of the sugars. Health is key,and the sugar can add up quick.

Eat water base foods like strawberries,cucumbers,watermelon,carrots etc. eat salmon,tuna, grilled chicken,white or brown rice. Pretty much a Mediterranean meal. It’s bomb. Yet healthy and can improve your gut health and body health. PERIOD. 💖👍🏾💪🏾Leh Get it!!!
