Homeless asking for money vs. stealing

So let’s talk some deep stuff real quick, a lot of people walk pass homeless or less fortunate folks and act like they chose to be that way. They give scrapes of change like 50cents or a penny,and think that’s giving because they don’t wanna give them dollar bills because they’re gonna go spend it on drugs. (As if all people are the same fortunate or not).

Some people are really needing gas money for their car,or some money just to eat or buy fresh clothes. I work at a retail store and see daily less fortunate steal all the time. God placed it on my spirit to talk about giving homeless money vs them stealing. I will be conducting a live going deeper on this topic on my @breakthroughforyou1991 YouTube channel, if you would like to hear more.

But to speak briefly on it here today or night depend on where your reading this, God created us all. He created us all to be loving kind and willingly to help one another. We all have struggled with something in life. We all could use some help. But what happens when you need help, but you don’t wanna help others. The less fortunate will become fortunate in the Kingdom of Heaven and the fortunate here on earth will be less fortunate in Heaven. If your a child of the most High then you are willingly and able to help anyway you can,even if thats simply saying hello,sorry I don’t have any cash or hey can I buy you something to eat or drink.

Heck!! Even offering to pray for them. If they refuse then that’s on them,atleast you showed the Goodness of God.

Smoothies have been berry good to me.😜

Smoothies- Frozen fruit- bananas-Keifer milk

Since I started I this blog I mentioned food that you would use a fork or spoon with. So today let’s chat about frozen fruit smoothies.

First off!!! Wow!!! So bomb. If you haven’t tried a frozen fruit smoothie you gotta try it.

  1. 1 cup (depend on size blender) Frozen fruit mix

  2. 1 cup (depend on size blender)Almond milk or water or Keifer milk

  3. Bananas

  4. Benefiber

  5. Herbs

  6. Blender that can handle mixing frozen fruits and other ingredients

I added benefiber cause we could all use more fiber in our diet or should I say lifestyle unless your getting plenty of fiber then scratch that. But for me that works,I will have this smoothie every morning and man so clutch. The herbs that I add in my smoothies is the butterfly pea flower,I recently added nettle and chamomile and lavender as well as raspberry and hibiscus. Give this a try and let me know what you think on any of my social media platform located in the connect section. If you have a small blender I recommend doing pulses first then doing a full blend helps to mix better and not clog the blender. Your welcome😉

Excerise

Sweating a.k.a. Melting

I’m gonna be so honest and transparent,I have not been going on my daily walks like I should but I mean who is. It’s been so hot here in Cali I’m so over it. Well atleast the part where I live has had an excessive heat warning for the past two weeks now maybe even longer. Even at night it’s hot. So umm yes outside is my gym,I’m sweating a.k.a. Melting.

If I was by water by the beach or in cooler temps I will be walking daily no problem. But I have to wait for that time to come.

But hey, I move a lot at my job,and I go onna mini walk when I go to school I walk to the gas station to grab some coffee and maybe a donut or crackers, and yes I still eat sweets, and no I don’t have cavities, I went to my dentist today no cap, and he said I have no cavities Glory be to God.

Excerise is still important to me,and eating right. I still drink my probiotics and eat my fruits and veggies. I be mindful of what I eat and how much I’m eating. I’m actually onna fast where I’m not eating no sweets or fast food. It’s not a spiritual fast that I usually am on,where I don’t eat for a certain amount a time but a fast to cleanse and detox my body, if you wanna join me you can.

Well you probably don’t know cause you probably don’t follow me on YouTube. But I gave myself a much needed cut a couple weeks back and my hair has been banging.
