Excerise

Whether it’s walking, jogging, running, or stretching(not yoga) is a form of excerise. Getting your body moving and grooving is key to a vital healthy body and hair. Your form of excerise can be 30 mins to an hour. But remember do not push yourself to the point where your gonna pass out or vomit.🤢 That is a no go.🙅🏾‍♀️
