Food is crucial to have for our bodies and hair. Yes! even hair. Not saying you should put food in your hair presay. Just simply suggesting the foods and drinks we consume play huge role in our haircare. Every week we will feature new and exciting foods and recipes that will help with your overall body and haircare. This week’s featured food is:

  • Tuna- High in protein,magnesium,potassium, and vitamins b pivotal for healthy hair growth. Now for the body it helps lower cholersol,boost brain function, and improve eye health. Tuna is rich in vitamin b12, a form of viatmin B that is responsible for helping the body form new red blood cells. These health facts are just to name a few.
