Not all food is created equal
The story of my life. As you can see from the title pic,French toast with bluberries comes off as healthy but it’s actually not. Like!? What!? So unfair. I should be able to have my sweets and it be called healthy too. I mean come on like I added fruits. It’s called balance people.🤦🏾♀️🤣
However truth is,just cause you add fruit to a parfait or French toast,heck even waffles or chicken strips dosent make it better or any much healthier. What oil or grease is being used,what kind of sugar,what kind of sugary powder is going uptop of french toast even though your gonna add butter and syrup If you can see where I’m goin with this,it’s all about ingredients. Don’t just read labels or ingredients on haircare products but also check ingredients in food being prepared. (If possible,I know at a restaurant it could be hard,however ask the waiter or waitress those details).
You cant say your healthy when you eat or drink whatever you want,you must have discipline, Alot of unhealthy food taste good,why do you think it taste so good. However whoa whoa whoa!!! So does healthy food now!! Healthy tastes great too,don’t make anyone tell you diff.
